Our team of professionals provides web-based systems and applications tailored to your business needs that can grow as you grow.

President:  Terry Matchett brings 25 years of well-rounded experiences in information technology, sales and marketing, large business, government, and the private sector.  His entrepreneurial background brings a straightforward approach to connecting and understanding local and global markets.  Terry’s ongoing commitment to community development is illustrated through the development of the Mighty community model and the many supporting products.
Senior Web Developer:   Jason Irving is our Senior Web Developer who has over 18 years experience in Information Technology and has worked as the Webmaster for Hewlett-Packard Canada and for HMS Software.  He has developed and deployed web based marketing, branding, and commercial initiatives for businesses of all sizes, bringing to bear his technical and customer support experience to ensure a successful venture to all the stakeholders.  Jason continues to provide technical insight and steering for Mighty Community’s online initiatives.
Production / Design Team:  Stacy Underhill leads our production and design team with 15 years of experience in assisting business in becoming market ready.  Her background includes small business marketing consulting and four years of Tourism and Hospitality at Ryerson University in Toronto.   Stacey’s commitment to community is demonstrated through her eight year active membership in the Miramichi Tourism Association, where she is currently the President.
Senior Editor:  Kellie Underhill attended the School of Journalism at Ryerson University in Toronto and is our Senior Editor of Bread ‘n Molasses magazine.   She leads the team with her professionalism, experience, and attention to detail.  Kellie’s writing credits include The Moncton Times-Transcript, The Brunswick Business Journal, The Atlantic Chamber Journal, and The Reader magazine.  Kellie is also the editor of the Writers’ Federation of New Brunswick quarterly newsletter, NB ink.
Project / Infrastructure Support:  David Stairs brings 30 years of network infrastructure design and support, client-server administration, multi-vendor hardware support, and application programming. He has worked with large network infrastructure and server platform environments, strategic and tactical IT infrastructure planning, and managed projects to completion. David has a broad IT background in network infrastructure designs, network upgrades, and implementations.
